Night Kim, yes female shepherds are way more protective of their people. Our shepherd before Alfie was a female, she was a rescue. She absolutely loved us, and I never had any fear when I walked her, she would have died to protect me. She was a tall girl, beautiful! Everyone complimented her, but she hated pretty much anything that breathed, loved us, our friends and family, but anyone else, forget it. She never attacked anyone, but would have gladly if anyone had tried, would not allow any stranger near me. We never trained her to do that, she took it upon herself to protect at all costs her mom and dad 😘🐾
Alfie was a big goofball, mischievous as can be, but very gentle, him and Sheba looked a lot a like in colouring and stance, but personality wise, day/night. We loved all our dogs, but Alfie holds a special place in my heart, he was our first boy, I always wanted girls, but he soon changed my mind, miss him so much xo
