Jackpot! 2 summer field mice and a summer white mouse! Thanks Susie!  ♥️ we'll, I woke up.motivated and changed the bedding in both upstairs bedrooms and straightened up the guest room and sorted my summer clothes! Yay me ! I think we're all dreading the heat that's coming. We have rain coming tomorrow and then the big jump in temperature Tuesday. If it gets too hot, I'll be sleeping on the couch.
Isn't there some sort of cooling thing that you put in the freezer and then can wear around your neck to keep your body temp from overheating? I'm thinking that may help Ed. I'm glad I bought lots of salad fixings, I don't have to heat up the house with turning on the oven.  I loved the story of your Mom's parakeet that nibbled toast with her. My grandmother had a parakeet,  "Petey" that flew into her yard and she rescued him and had him for years. He'd fly around and land on people's heads! Lol....he was kind of wild! Hope you have a nice evening and maybe we can talk in the week ahead....

So glad the your birdie most likely flew away and that Sis has forgiven you. I did speak to Amanda later in the day and she said she had a stiff neck and terrible headache. Yes, James took Trish to the pow-wow and sent a video of her playing with it her kids to Amanda. I don't know....the whole thing is just wrong, to me. Another nice day today, but will start warming up tomorrow and Wednesday looks to be the hottest and most humid. I guess we'll find out! Hope you and Ed are having a nice weekend. What's on the menu?
