Ed's birthday is the 8th. The will leave around noon tomorrow, they will have to return the car to the rental and be there 2 hours early for the flight. So just get through the day, breakfast in the morning and then they will be on their way. Ed and I will be able to regroup and get some of our normal weekend things done. We will have leftovers so we won't have to much cooking to do. Thank goodness. I have done enough over the last few days. They have offered to help but too many people in the kitchen is never a good thing. We will be fine to go to dinner we will push through it. Hubby has his doctor appointment today for shots that will hopefully decrease his pain. Crossing my fingers that we will see a change within a week.

I know Ed is glad to see her, but he is willing to push things down but I'm not. The sting of how they hurt him is still very fresh. Yes I know if I need to sneak away to vent you will be there....thank you for always being there. Sis is doing well. Thank goodness....Need to get in the office tomorrow and get Ed's birthday card done. Tuesday will be a busy day,so I want to have that ready if nothing else gets done. I'm doing okay Susan. I started tackling this big yard of mine yesterday. I cleaned up leaves and pruned my hydrangeas late but better late than never I suppose. My wonderful neighbor helped me some. Our boarder will help too when I ask.
I really need some warm weather :)  Ken has had too many in bed days lately.  It depresses me. The rainy grey weather will be over soon. 
Get all the rest your body tells you to get.

Glad the smell isn't as bad today as last night. I'm sure the smell wont be too bad by Friday when Amanda arrives. I am sitting on heated throw this evening. A lot of up and down, I deep cleaned all the kitchen cabinets, scoured the stove and refrigerator I'm pooped. I told Ed I had no idea what time would I drag out of bed in the morning. This old body isn't used to all. Scottie update, she did well with physical therapy. She has really lost a lot of muscle tone, needing help to walk again. Bless her heart. They are trying to ween her off the oxygen a little at a time. Some of the blood work has come back and the numbers are better. She sure has been through. Thank you for the prayers. Update on Scottie...she has been moved out of PICU and still struggling a bit with her breathing it is still quite compromised. Eating well. Ng tube was removed. Her main issue is her breathing at the moment. Hopefully they will be home soon. Will be heading to bed soon. I am over 400,000 so only a couple more rounds of wriggles. Our weather has turned off quite cold again. We had wind chill this morning -4 degrees. It has been quite breezy which makes it seem much colder. Have been tackling a lot of much needed cleaning. I want to get it done before the warmer starts. I hate cleaning when it is hot, so taking advantage of the cooler temps while I can.
