I am pleased with our weight loss too. I have been really good my favourite go to snack was Lightly salted plain crisps from Morissons... their own brand. I havent bought any in months l could eat a whole large bag in one day. l cant resist if they are here l would eat them . So l just dont buy any. Its been mostly dry today and bright not as warm as yesterday though . How is Colin today feeling more himself l hope. Do take care Hun and have a good weekend both of you xx
