Hi, Janet! I'm happy you were able to get out in the yard to "play"! I wanted to get out more but it was so windy, I just walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes while Don was at the gym. Then made hamburgers, corn on the cob, and potato chips for dinner. After dinner went out front and pulled off the spent cactus flowers. This has been a weird year with a lot of later blooms. I'm not complaining, though! :)
I've got two flowers in the vase now. I'd rather bring the roses in to enjoy than let them fade away too quickly in the heat.
I keep yawning. Dinner made me sleepy? Will probably go out and water the plants in the back yard this evening. They could use a drink.
