Hi, Janet!  You asked about the Wholesome Wellness "Multi Collagen Protein" (5 types of food source collagen).  Promotes healthy skin, hair & nails....Promotes strong bones and joints...Promotes healthy digestive system and immune function.  Unflavored...net wt. 16 oz.  It has 30 calories per serving (1 scoop).  You can take up to 3 scoops a day, but I prefer just the one for now.  ;)  This way it will nearly last 2 months.  :)  You can add it to smoothies, coffee, or your favorite recipe.  Mine is the 5 types of food source collagen...Type I, II, III, V & X.  16 oz.  Hope that helped.  :)  I find I'll remember if I just add it to my coffee first thing in the morning....or tea! 

Better get the clothes in the dryer.  We had pizza for lunch, Don went out to the garage to lift weights, and I'm keeping warm.  It feels cold today.  I did locate about 15 weeds in the backyard.  Yay!  LOLOL  xxx

We're watching that big storm approach lots of states east of us.  Yikes!  That wind on Saturday for us will seem like nothing compared with ice/snow, etc.

Hi, Janet!  Looks like someone in our neighborhood is getting something heavy lifted by crane a few doors down from Bob!  Maybe a hottub/lap swimming pool.  We thought maybe it was a watermain break but appears it's not.  :)

We're going to get pizza today at Mia Ava's.  Nothing going on here today.  A few things are needed from Smith's but that is all.  I'm giving my sore fingers a rest from doing too much. 

I'm on my 5th day of Wholesome Wellness.  Putting it in my first cup of coffee makes it easy...just one scoop.  You can't tell it's there which is really nice.  When I start sporting black leg hairs, I'll let you know.  Ha ha ha ha!  No, if I just get a thicker head of hair, I'll be happy. 

The Sea-Goat also dropped a Garnet Birthstone, which has been sent to your storage area! ty
