Hi, Janet!  It's 57 degrees at 3:00 p.m.  It is cold out with the winds.  Looks like we might get some rain off in the distance.  We don't need anymore.  Instead of going to Walmart, we decided to just get Randy some food and treats at Tractor Supply.  Don't need anything that bad. 

I just made some cocoa brownies without walnuts, mainly because we don't have any right now.  They will be just as good.  The house smells good.  Don will fix the fish in the air fryer, and I'll cut up an apple and have leftover baked beans from last night's dinner.  We shared a chicken bowl from Chipotle for lunch. 

You have to be very careful when working out back...have your phone and anything else you might need.  Hey, a whistle might help, if you are not knocked out. 

The Aleve worked wonders, Janet.  It gave me reason to live.  ;)  Just feels like a toothache in my back and then the pain goes down my leg to my feet.  I don't want to be like this.  I certainly will make an appointment for next month.  The dexa scans are so easy.  Just lay down and if you have no zipper on your slacks, you don't have to change, I believe.
