Would like to spend time outside today if possible.  We'll only have a high of 69 degrees today and then back in the 70's and 80's for a while.  Don is up now and has had a miserable night with leg cramps, etc.  He was giving the medicine another night but will most likely call the office today and hopefully they will put him back on the very first blood pressure medicine.  I feel sorry for him.  :(  Take care and have a nice day!  xxx

Hi, Janet!  Up at 6!  It's ok...have been going to bed at 10:30 at the latest recently.  Randy slept good last night.  And he's sleeping .... again!  ;)  I've put my heating vest on this morning.  It's 72 degrees in the house, but am still cold.  Luckily found where the battery was located.  Haven't had to use it in a while. 

While bored after dinner, went out and cleaned the windows on the Jeep.  Felt good the entire time.  Cleaning the front windows entailed getting up on the step stool.  Later after my bath the pain set in...down the leg and on the bottom of my foot.  Darn Sciatica.  Took an Aleve...and within an hour it was nearly gone.  Thank goodness they work for me.  Don was at one end of the sofa with his legs up, me at the other end with my legs up...and Randy in the middle getting a good rub!  LOL  He's quite enjoying our evening get togethers now.
