I'm going in to work on the jigsaw in a little bit.  Oh, the assistant said the first thing you should do in the morning is stretch.  I'd like to see how long Randy would put up with that.  It is important, though.  I've been trying to do things to help my curvy back.  It does make you think about it more and try to have better posture. 

I'll need to make an appointment to get a bone density test.  A call came though this morning and I was drying my hair.  I guess there is a site where I can make an appointment online at the location.  I'll give it a try.  Take care and glad everything went well at the dentist yesterday, except the filling coming out with the impression.  LOLOL  Not that it's funny, but you have to laugh, right???  Sounds like something that would happen to me!  Take care!  xx

Hi, Janet!  Yay, the tree has been trimmed.  Next week someone from his company will come and use a special tool to remove the dead shrub!  :)  Such a relief.  He told Don we started trimming the tree like this at the right time, as if we had waited any longer, it would have been very hard on the tree.  Don and I both took pictures of the process, which I may post some pictures online.  Not sure you're seeing anything I post on messenger.  It seems messed up, too.  :(  I did go out after lunch and pick up some of the sticks that were still hanging around.  It's impossible for them to pick up every little thing and the blower doesn't pick up everything.  It gives me a chance to tidy up a bit more. 

Glad your blood work came out great!  The doctor said with the results I got, I could live to be one of those 100-year old women.  Oh, my, I should hate to think what I'd look like at 100.  I'm not exactly pleased with myself now.  Ha ha ha!  I couldn't live without Don...so Don has to try and be here for me.
