It’s awful when your nose gets so bunged up when you lie down I have some olbas oil a drop on my pillow helps you able  to breathe but propping  yourself up too does help . Yes was lucky to get back from the hairdressers yesterday onky just managed to get in before it started . Another amazing sleep here not Been awake that long will be time to make my breakfast soon but think I’ll snuggled down again get a few more zzzzzzx . Have a great weekend when you wake xx
