I really believe that survival depends on our ability to adapt and be flexible.  It's amazing what we can do without. My two favorite places in my lifetime were very simple....our up north cabin which was very rustic, cold water, had to heat water on the stove top
to do dishes. We bathed in the
lake. The best of times! Also my grandparents home was very small.and modest,.but boy, it was full of love and fun! I've carried those joyful memories of simplicity throughout my life. Your everything but the kitchen sink chili sounds wonderful! Sending love,  hugs and rubz 💟
