🌿♥️🌿 still chilly here (we went down to 21° last night) sun is trying to come out. I'm heading to Cheboygan to grocery shop. The highway to Mackinaw is so tore up it's a challenge to drive it. Bull dozens, heavy equipment, traffic cones, flashing lights and lane closures...argh! Can't imagine what it will be like if they don't have the work done by Memorial Day, which is the kick-off to tourist season. That is also the road I take to the beach! Has Boo been in fir any more dips? Hope all is well with you & yours. Sending love, hugs and rubz 💟

Sunday as Rylee and I walked into the show building I carefully watched Rylee and the other dogs. Rylee was behaving really well but I continued to be careful. Suddenly in front of us there was a huge black and white male Great Dane. As it stood there in front of us I tried to steer Rylee to the side of the monster dog but Rylee seemed transfixed on the - ah shall we say his "low hanging fruit." Rylee reached to have a sniff as I pulled him back. The dog mountain turned toward us as I was assuring Rylee he really didn't want to tangle with this big boy. The big boy boomed out a sound that made Rylee agree and we gave him a very wide birth.  Happy Wednesday.
