Morning leslie the exercises are for me to do before and after the op to strengthen my knee when I’ve had it done they are quite simple really so I won’t know any difference yet .i was feeling very light headed yesterday but my evening it was wearing off probably because my blood pressure is too high at the moment . My birthday Monday so Rachel and my nephews payed me a visit and brought me some beautiful flowers , cakes and some nice new Cheshire potatoes will have some on my salad tonight . Hope you sleep well xx
