Thanks, Christi I hope so. . . I told a friend today that the fact that I even have mixed emotions about me is telling me it is time. I am hoping I am leaving before I get jaded and grumpy!  We moved about 20 years ago to a home that has a very small garden.  My husband realized he didn't not want to do a lot of landscaping and mowing and yardwork, so we looked for something that would be a manageable size, lol  It is lovely to have a nice big yard, but it is a lot of work!  Do you think your husband will find a second career to fill his time? I sent mine back to work after a year of retirement before he drove us both crazy.  He has retired "for good" this time, though!
