Hi Sue,  yeah my brother has fixed some issues.  I do need a new hot water unit.  I havnt mowed lawn for centuries,  in the meantime ill need mowers,  and my gutters need cleaning,  because im on a hill,  one side of the house is very high,  so be getting gutters cleaners in. Needed a plumber as my taps Needed servicing,  my TV couldn't get a signal and was also pixelating,  Antenna man came out, said i Needed a new antenna,  but after he left that night,  TV was working lol. The unit is old and aged with wear and tear. Need to replace shower screens,  the agent called it "glass cancer ", some cupboards have rotted wood,. Ill just have to slowly get things fixed, im in no hurry.  Im nearly unpacked,  but been running around getting little stuff i Needed,  eg, kitchen bin, toasters etc.
