I am sleeping better the last few nights & waking up nearer 6am rather than 4/5 am 👌
I've reduced my carbon intake a lot plus The Puppers sleep for longer so I think it all helps .
(Carbs are bloating me) .
So you can beat fresh homemade pizza 🍕 😋

Also the left border is being done today 🎊 so will do Before & After for you .
Yes, the new potential Walker is coming at 1pm.
I know her face from around & she has a good reputation  . Hope she can fit at least one day on with progression to a group field hour .

I went to Brighton this morning to get a new bikini (I'll send a piccie when I go upstairs) .
I love the 2 I got for Dominican but fancied another .

The Puppers were very good as I was gone a while but glad to see me when I got home .
The Burger Book was Ben's 😂
There's some nice ones in there though & can all be tweaked to vegan.
We've a field booked for 7pm , be nice & cool then .
