Hi Yvonne, today had looked like rain all day. Just as I was getting ready to go for a walk, the heavens decided now was the time to let her go 😵💫 Brian says to me, I’m going to skip, but I had to take Nikki out, so off we went. Just a short one, it was pouring ice pellets, the temp dropped as we walked, it was so much fun, wish you were here to enjoy it with me 🙈 Nikki and I were soaked, and we only walked for 30 minutes or so. As we got closer to home, our wetness started to stiffen.into ice, Nikki’s fur went from black to silver, and the roads became instant ice. We got in the house and it all stopped 🤨 Brian looked at the two of us and laughed his head off. See that’s why I shouldn’t be in any lottery group because I have zero luck 😂
Thursday, there are weather warnings for a huge area again. Freezing rain, a lot of it, then snow. I’m so excited 🙄🙄 Thank god we are retired, I complain a lot now, working Grace was a thousand times worse, lol. But, lucky for working Grace, this is the worse winter I’ve seen since I was a child. I’ve seen much much colder winters, but haven’t seen such an asshole snowy one. So, there is a positive side, at least this happened while retired and not working. See, I feel better already 🤭🤭
