Thanks for the birthday wishes. I went to the Mindful Mile walk around the cathedral today as there wasn't a Mindful Doodling class. We did three circuits of the cathedral, learning some interesting details about the architecture. Lunch afterwards in a nearby tearoom and the sun shone! x
