     Wishing you a great Wednesday

No rain just overcast all day.  Made it into the mid 50 so no heavy jackets to hide the costumes. We had exactly 100 T & T.   Son is doing much better.  He has had no pain today so has stopped taking his pain meds which he said made him feel weird.  Off to Milwaukee for the start of the concert season tomorrow.  Looking forward to seeing the Granddaughter.  Excited to see how their house remodeling is coming.  Suppose to have the new cupboards  up now.  Jonah is 2 months old today.  He is a very smiley baby.  It's hard too believe he is already that old.  We are going to visit them next week. 

fly out on 17th for 10 days.

There is an Ostrich farm in a little town called Edgewood B.C. A few of the birds came down with the avian flue last January. The Cfia , food inspection Agency wants to cull the whole herd even though the herd is healthy for 200 plus days. these birds are part of a test group out of Japan ,working on a using their antibodies against the avian flue. They have refused to allow the farm to test the birds saying they will fine them 2oo,ooo for each bird tested . The farm is appealing, and the supreme court ordered a stay untill they decide to take on the case.They have taken over the farm enforced by the RCMp. The owners arn't allowed to enter their own lands or tend to their birds. Protest happening at our detachment to go with the ongoing one at the farm. I can't get to Edgewood, so this is the next best thing.They are saying big pharma is behind this as it threatens their profits on vacinations.
