I heard from my Mom, Nicky  ☘️
She didn't get to sleep until after
4am, slept until noon and woke
up with a sore left arm ~ I've
told her about the 'forever
young' exercises that I've
been following on FB, but
have no idea how to send
her a link on this machine :(
Your most memorable
New Year's celebration reminds
me of being in New Orleans in
the French Quarter for 2001
(a graduation present to myself)
~ Will never forget it ~ We had
been sitting on the bank of the
Mississippi River and I neglected
to get up and keep moving ~ When
the time came to run ahead of the
crowd, each of my legs froze, one
at a time and hampered our escape
~ We did make it, but JUST BARELY!
Lesson learned: must keep moving
in 40 degree humid weather or
pay dearly! That was such a
memorable trip for so many
reasons ~ I am a jazz
enthusiast and New Orleans
is the birthplace of Jazz ~ Would
consider going back if I could
ensure an evening of Zydeco
and Cajun food 😘  💜 🌟🎄
