I’ve not been on here much, just doing returns and then off again, I’m trying to spring clean, one room at a time and been trying to do more and get out instead of just sat on sofa, don’t know how long it will last though 😂

Hi Janice, the ill-effects from Saturday night's injection were long gone this morning and I felt absolutely fine, thank you. I have a soft spot for Yorkshire, although it's North Yorkshire for me 😉 When I was married my ex was in the Army and we spent two years in an absolutely charming village called Killinghall, Harrogate. I fell in love with the place and left a piece of my heart there. I don't know why I thought you weren't from the UK! Lovely to read that you enjoyed your family visit but... WOW... that is an absolutely ridiculous amount of money for Pick n Mix! I'm not sure I'd have been able to pay that, not even for a special, that's exorbitant. I never went to the Trafford Centre, the time I was in Yorkshire it was spoken as one of those areas best avoided but I understand it had a reinvention over the years -

I guess they gave to pay for that somehow, in sweets obviously!! I'm not a confident driver anymore. I drove around London for years, drove from London to Bournemouth when my grandparents were alive, drove from Northamptonshire to London when we moved away. Now I can barely drive to the next town over. There's too much rage on the roads, too many morons and too many badly kept roads. The pot holes on the A6 this morning going to the hospital were dreadful and they were only filled in the summer!! I think you're very brave to make the journey in such dreadful weather, especially as you obviously suffered for it. Ahhh a nice, long soak in a bubble bath to ease away a few of those aches and pains, I miss that. I hope you spent today resting and taking care not to overdo things?

I had to get up early (for me!) to get my monthly bloods done and then a made Luke some chilli in a big enough batch that there'll be at least four portions for the freezer, not that it will last long now he knows it's there 🙄😂😂 I hope you have a restful night, sweet dreams xx
