Good evening Cath I hope you have had a good day and it wasn't too hot for you. We had 34C today, Pippin and I spent the afternoon indoors with the fans running.  No walkies as it was still 30C at 9 pm, he had a play in the garden at 10 pm.  I started to go to the gym a few weeks ago as I want to lose some weight, it is certainly helping me as I do the strength machines too and already all the pains in my hips have gone as the muscles are getting stronger.  Hard to sleep here last night too and I don't think it will be any better this evening.  Goodnight have a good day tomorrow. Hello Cath ~ I'm kind of getting used to the perpetual heat now. All doors and windows covered and closed during the day and open wide at night 👍 and stay very still all day xx

It’s 32° here now and I’m officially melting lol. Waiting for Jonah to come after school, he requested Spag Bol so I made that and stuck it in the slow cooker for later.

Good Afternoon Cath, feeling a little better today thanks Hun, just back from getting bloodwork done. I hear you about trying to sleep, l woke every hour or so, tossing and turning l cant find my cooling pillow that does help. 
How lovely you will enjoy seeing the puppy l am sure of course the puppies mummy too lol.
