Hello, Janet. We have been getting snow off and on all day. At lunch time it was blizzard conditions out there but didn’t last too long. The temperature is dropping rapidly. We are hovering around 0 and overnight the windchill is going to be super low. We are expecting to wake to windchill of 20-25 below zero. I’m worried about Penny. I really don’t think she will be able to handle that. I hope Randy finally ate for you. Penny is the same way whenever there is something going on in our neighborhood. She likes to sit on the back of the couch and “supervise”. She has been eating her breakfast much later than normal and so is piper. Piper ate hers at 11:00 this morning.  I hope you had a great day 💜

thanks for the griffin.  No pops ups happening for me in here.  it is probably a things because we are being moved from Facebook.  I hope it is a glitch and goes away!

I did do a little of the puzzle and remembered to go and get Josh a birthday card. It's on Saturday and although I've tried to get in touch with Tess I'm beginning to think they could be away. I'll drive over there tomorrow to deliver it as I've put money inside and don't want to risk it being lost in the post.

I'll need to go early as I'm having lunch with my friends. It's the first time I've been since last November as I wasn't too good when they went in December.

Talk about talking someone up, I've just had a text from Tess who having dinner with some friends and will call me later.

Hi Janet, it's been much cooler today we've been down to 39 and in the wind it felt like 24, needless to say I didn't want to go out much. I was very brave and did visit the bank. The girl thought that as I'd twice had someone unknown try to buy something using my card they'd sent a new one. I think it's buying stuff on line that leaves me open to fraud. My cousin once had someone use their card in Jersey. Considering they hadn't left home for months it was a bit of a shock when a purchase of nearly $700 turned up on their bank statement. The bank refunded it but it's horrible. I was luckier as both times the bank contacted me before the purchase went through. Why are people so awful.

Reading about the accident on 160 they might have survived here. It's law to wear a seat belt so you could never be thrown out and even if the car flips you're held in place.

He said Angels tossed them down
Oh, how I loved that story!

He said when an Angel misses you
They toss a penny down,
sometimes just to cheer you up
To make a smile out of your frown.

So don't pass by that penny
