I was so sorry to read about Travis, he has the same cancer that killed my brother I do hope they can help him. David, my brother, died 40 years ago and hopefully treatments have improved.

I really must be earlier to bed tonight as I have to be at the Aldi store when it opens at 8. They have a special offer on children's tricycles and I want to get 2 for the twins, Sheila and I are buying one each. If I'm not there early enough they'll be sold out.

I saw the pic of the jigsaw, I loved it, it looked a lot like my room with the puzzles everywhere!

I went to see Mark about the American spelling on my laptop but he's away until next week. I hope he's OK as he was away a couple of weeks ago and he was very ill last year. Maybe he's thinking of his retirement, he said he was getting his pension last December so he could close the shop anytime.

Tomorrow I'm seeing Eden, the physiotherapist, she wanted me to do some exercises and she gave me a link to a site with some on it, only I lost the piece of paper with it on. I started to do the ones I had last time when I had the other hip done but I've been so busy in the last couple of weeks I'm averaging over 10000 steps a day so she shouldn't be too upset. She'll have to make a decision about my other hip or I'll be needing another xray. Apparently they have to refer me for the op in the 6 months following my last xray which was February.

Hi Janet, it's getting warmer, 70 with 67% humidity and tomorrow it's going to be warmer and 75 by the weekend. I've been sorting more books and have put those I've still got into the bookcase as they now fit more or less!! I have 2 boxes of about 50 in my car and took about 30 to the supermarket for their charity shelf. I'm also going to take a dozen to my cousin tomorrow afternoon. I tried my usual charity shop but the manager said they don't want any at the moment so when I'm out tomorrow I'll try another, there's one quite close to where my cousin lives.

I changed the bed and got the laundry done and dried and have started to return things to the conservatory. I washed all the cut glass and returned that to its spot.

I meant to say that I got the hair growth gummies yesterday, so in about 3 weeks I'm going to have really thick hair. lol
