I've been watching videos about preventing cancer & it's hard to know what to do.  My sister said take D with K & then someone said that D does something that helps but also can help cancer grow.  I heard lots of water, baby aspirin, food like broccoli, dark chocolate & now they are saying coffee is good.  They used to say coffee is bad.  Also, baby aspirin is good for the heart & cancer & inflammation (which causes many disease) but then it's bad for the kidneys.  I worked with a man in Target who was in  his 90s & he said to eat very little.  And what he ate, he made his own food.  Also to keep active.  They say walking is good.  It's tough to fight the environment.  Now they are trying to put data centers around neighborhoods.  People are fighting it.  They should put them by rich neighborhoods where the people who will profit from them have to put up with them.  They make noise all night & take lots of water.  China is putting them in the sea.  What a world.  Hey, did you see Disclosure?  I went to the movies to see it.  Discount day on Tuesdays.  I don't know what all the controversy is about.  Even if there really are aliens, that doesn't disprove God.  Take care.

I would caution your nephew not to leave the ship & go on day trips.  If he does, make sure he books through the ship.  Otherwise, if they go on their own & are late - the ship WILL leave without them. If they are booked on a ships tour, the ship will wait.  But I wouldn't go.  I think I told you in the Bahamas, there is a state department alert NOT to rent jet skies as tourists are being, robbed, killed & taken to a deserted island & raped.  I would just stay on board.  Katie said the Caribbean is safe if you stay at the hotel but then I told her about the jet skies, which is by the hotel, & she agreed it's Hawaii or nothing. 

Hi Caroline, congrats on booking your tickets.  That's nice you are all going together.  Need those family moments.  We are thinking of driving to SC.  This weekend we are going to Sandy's in Virginia for her daughter's high school graduation.  Joe wants to drive through DC & I don't.  But as long as he drives.  We are under tonado alert until 9 pm.  But here it isn't as bad as out west.  Here the tornado touches down & goes back up again.  To many  crowded.
