I think my hip has come out in sympathy with yours or maybe I've been walking too far, it's been aching a lot so I took paracetamol which helped. Yesterday I did almost 10000 steps and the day before over 8000 maybe that's a bit too far. It's largely why I've not done so much today I suspect by the time I get to bed it will be just over 6000 which is OK.
Surprize, surprize, I had a phone call from Alan this afternoon. He said his wife had been in hospital for a small op so maybe I'd best forgive him. He said he was starting work on the 5th January and would come then. I told him about Mark who'd done the shed and he was fine about it and I also explained that I wanted some shrubs dug up and as the ground was damp it would be a good time to do them. I also said I'd keep my fingers crossed the weather was kind!
