Oh there are parts of the USA also that shut down if they get snow at all- the places that are usually warm- people don't know how to drive in it at all so it's not safe. Not that it's safe for us either but at least we've had years of experience so know the does and don'ts of driving in it. Very overcast today and tomorrow they're saying rain? Rain! In JANUARY in Illinois? So weird!
