Good morning Janet ~ thanks for spotting the white mouse 🐭 it's cooled down quite dramatically... I even thought about lighting a fire. Maybe the El Nîno weather pattern will reach this far in a while. I'd like summer to be more than ten days lol xx

I'd love to have a Boxer dog for a while, if I lived near you I'd dog sit him when you went out. I wouldn't want the early mornings or sharing my bed I'd keep him awake. LOLOL

I finally did some of the puzzle, it's laid here for days and I've not touched it, there just seems so many other things to do!

Maggie has decided not to come Friday. it's her sister's funeral on Monday and she has a cousin coming at the weekend to stay until after it. I wasn't expecting her to come so when I phoned tonight she was pleased I suggested it would be better for her to come when it was all over.

They're forecasting more rain tomorrow so I may make more headway with the puzzle, it's surprisingly difficult with flowers and cats!!
