I cleaned the floors and sorted some things for Maggie. I save the local paper for her to catch up on what's happening and Auntie has a weekly magazine that she passes to me and I keep them for Maggie. She takes a few to her sister, Audrey, who's in residential care, you might say they're well read!

I've done the edge of the puzzle and will sort out a few colours for Thursday, or maybe I'll just do some of it and let Maggie sort pieces for herself. lol

Tonight we've I've got Inside the Factory to watch where they'll be making cold and flu tablets, I preferred last week when they made chips. lol

If I don't go out in the morning I want to get out in the garden again to plant some narcissus that Tessa gave me for Christmas, it's been so wet I'd left them but they're beginning to sprout so they'd best go in the ground.

Hi Janet, the temps are still lurking in the mid 40's and it rained a couple of times this morning and it looks like we've another couple of days the same. I'm hoping that when Maggie comes she won't need to drive through too much rain.

I finally managed to visit the library to return a book unfortunately the one I ordered hasn't arrived yet, never mind I won't have time for much reading until after the weekend.

I saw the pictures of the Mandolin, it's a lovely looking instrument and he's a very clever and brave man to undertake repairs, maybe he should join the Repair Shop!

Good morning Janet. It’s 13° here this morning with the windchill of 0°, brrr. We have a cold spell all this week and into next. We are sitting here watching the news and they’re saying that it’s going to go down in the negatives over this coming weekend. It’s not snowing right now, but we are due for some tomorrow. A lot of the schools up north are closing or on a two hour delay. I’ve never liked weeding, those little devils grow so quickly after plucking them out!! Larry got called into work last night for a water main break and he just got called into now for another one. He has to clear all the electrical lines… making sure they are overhead and not underground. Have a great day and say hello to Randy from the girls and me!💜
