Oh Hun, l know what you mean about getting anxious when having to go to doctors or other places that is not a regular venue. l am ok if l am with family or close friends. Sorry your appointment was cancelled as it means now you have to worry about it again. There are coping methods , to ease the anxiety . Of course everyone is different on how the learn to cope. I stop what l am doing when it happens to me, then l breathe in slowly through my nose with my tongue pressed against the roof of my mouth. Hold for a few seconds and release the breathe slowly. It helps if l also focus on something in the room . The storm is back again but not quite so windy so thats a plus. Have a good rest of your day.
