Thanks for the Gazelle, Susan. I hope all the power is back on and all is well. How disappointing that all your baked goods had to find their way into the freezer, but at least they weren’t wasted. Not feeling brilliant today, bad nights sleep and now a sore throat. I’m due to go on my first ever ‘hen do’ tomorrow with my future daughter in law, a spa day. I’m quite anxious about that.
