How far and wide the fairies fly

On bright and golden wing.

But when they settle down to sleep

A gentle song they sing

Sweet Queen of Night

Soft silver stars

We're glad you are so near

We seek our beds

We rest our heads

Without a moment's fear

On thistledown

In hidden nooks

We watch the waning light

The joys of sleep

Upon us creep

We wish you all good night

It is an hour and a half drive from me so I only go when I am taking company or want to visit the quilt shops. I will have two quilt retreats this year in August and September. They have bulk grocery stores that are fun. With lots of fresh items and bulk packages of soup mix, gelatin, dips, and spices.
Today my friends left and I am plowing through the linens in the laundry. Beds all changed and house sorted and I will sleep soundly in my bed tonight.
Hope you had a relaxing evening and a good sleep as well. My kitties are worn out and napping in various spots throughout the house. Hugs to Murdo!
