Above is another link. I have the injections every 6 months and it’s supposed to lower cholesterol by 50%.
Nicola and Paul love going away in their camper van so Sarah and the gang should enjoy it in Wales. We are going away to Corby, Northampton next weekend with Nicola and Paul. They are staying in their camper van and we are glamping on the same cite. We are staying in a Shepherds hut with all the mod cons, I don’t do camping but glamping is hopefully better lol. It’s Bank Holiday weekend and the weather doesn’t look good, typical Bank Holiday weather, raining. Oh well, we’ll survive.

Morning Kay, that must have been a nice surprise for you Sarah bringing you flowers. She gets out and about, there’s no stopping her since she’s been driving. I’m going to Wales again in a couple of weeks.
I’ve made a lot of diamonds since the extinct and the birdbath makes a lot filled with SW as well.
I’m on the advanced quest now, I think I’ll finish but I don’t know. These Chick vases take a lot of resources and so much time.
Can’t you wear the lifeline round your neck instead of on your wrist? I suppose with carers coming in a few times a day, if you do fall over you won’t be there for long but the lifeline is a good thing if you remember to press it. Rod didn’t and he was on the floor all night.
I know it’s alcohol that is the cause of my raise in blood sugar. I’ve been drinking a lot lately with all these holidays. I don’t eat sweet things or cakes and biscuits so it must be the alcohol. I’m not going to have a drink until I go away next weekend, I don’t want to get diabetic so it’s a wake up call. My cholesterol levels are alright so that’s a bonus but I’m on the injections for that so I haven’t got to worry about that. I don’t know what is high in chole

Morning Kay, it’s been so hot here, about 30 degrees for a few days and more of the same today. I can’t stand it, I haven’t been out in my garden at all this year as it’s been too hot.
I’m spending much too much time on here doing the chicks and it cost so much gold. I need to attract 2 Sloths to my garden and then I have finished the intermediate quest and can go onto the advanced one. I’ve already attracted some on the advanced but I haven’t spotted anything.
I go out and get my steps in all the time but my visits to the gym are sporadic. I haven’t been at all this week but I’ll go next week a couple of times.
I went to see the nurse yesterday at my GP surgery for a medication review and the results of my blood test. Everything is fine but my blood sugars are a bit high so I’ll have to do something about that as I don’t want to get diabetes on top of everything else.
I had best check my garden and then get ready to go out, have a nice day Kay and keep cool xxx

Hi Kay, I’ve just got home from getting my steps in and lunch, we went to Nando’s.
I’m sorry your hair is so damaged, I just get my roots done every 6 weeks or so. Do you have a complete colour everytime? If so, that’s why your hair has dried out and gone brittle. If mine goes to light from the sun I have foils put in and have a darker colour put through to tone it down.
It will be good if you can go to Harry’s first birthday party. That’s come round quick, when’s his birthday?
I’ve finished the easy quest and nearly finished the intermediate one whilst doing the Chick vases. I’ve attracted my 1st gold Cuckoo and Magpie Chicks but haven’t go any further yet.
I’m so hot, it’s 29 degrees here at the moment, I’ve got the fan on and the French doors open but I’m still hot. I wish I had a pool lol, I might join the fish in a minute lol.
I find the best garden setup for making diamonds is the extinct, I did them for a while and made quite a few diamonds.

Hi Kay, I hope you like your hair now that it’s done. You are always so adventurous with your nails, I’m a plain sort of girl, lol, I never have patterns but I like sparkles.
I went to the hygienist this morning then we picked up Peter’s medication then we went shopping. He’s just got back from the gym and has booked a table for a meal this evening. Only in the pub next door so we’ll walk there and have a couple of drinks first.
You are doing well with the quests, I’ve hardly started but I’m doing the chick vases alongside the quests. I haven’t even got my 1st gold chicks yet but I’m plodding along.
I intend having a lazy weekend as since I got back from Majorca I’ve been doing something everyday! I bet it doesn’t turn out that way though.
