Hi Kay. I’m feeling ok now, it’s just left me with a cough. Peter is still not well but he’s had to go to work yesterday and today. We don’t know if it was covid as we both tested negative when we got home but you can get it multiple times. Holly and Tara have had it at least 5 times each. I’ve told Peter to contact his doctor today as he’s been ill for a few weeks now.
I’ve unpacked and I’m working my way through the washing. It’s like a Chinese laundry in here. There’s washing drying everywhere! I’m going to Zante with Carole in 3 weeks so when I get the ironing back it will go straight back in my case. I sort of know what I’m taking and it’s only for a week.
Is Sarah’s flat in Birmingham? It’s the only Beverley I know or out Lincolnshire way. I think Peter lived there once. If it is, it’s a long way from you.
It has been sunny here since I got home. It’s meant to be 27 degrees today. We are going to a BBQ at Sandie’s tomorrow and it’s going to be even hotter. At least I can top my tan up.
I went to the hairdressers yesterday to have my foils done, my hair had been bleached white by the sun and I hate it that blonde.
Anyway, I had best get cracking on more washing but it’s only 7am so I’ve got plenty of time.

We are going home today. We’ve just finished packing and waiting to check out. We had breakfast at 7 this morning and did most of the packing last night. Our taxi is coming to take us to the airport at 11.25am, it 8.45am now so we have a while.
I’ve not had Covid, it was Peter and he’s had it throughout our holiday. I think he’s given it to me now, typical as we are flying home today. I’ve got a cough and think I have a temperature. I’ll do a Covid test tomorrow when we get home. We fly through the night and we land at about 7.30am.
Peter has had Covid twice but if I have it now it will make 6 or 7 times I’ve had it! I don’t have it bad as I keep up to date with the jabs.
I’m doing the last of the vases now it will probably take me a while as there are 4 of them. I’ll use my free SF
for this month when I get home.
Going to check my garden, chat tomorrow when I get home xxx

Morning Kay, yes it was definitely Covid and it’s left him with a terrible cough. He’s feeling better every day but we’ve only got 2 days left and he’s been ill all through. I had to see a doctor about my toothache and she’s put me on strong antibiotics and tramadol which has given me the trots so not good. I think we’ve both lost weight since we’ve been here. It’s worrying about your weight loss, have you told your doctor about it? I should have tried my clothes on before I packed as a few were too big and I couldn’t wear them.
It’s another nice day here in Mexico so we are going to breakfast now and then getting in the pool.
