Hey lovely lady! It's been ridiculously hot here again today, 29 and the slightest breath of wind that's making no bloody difference whatsoever! I can't tell you how much I want to jump into the shower right now! I don't care what the fecking time is and I don't care that I'm not allowed to get my wound wet... I. Need. A. Shower! Really though, I shouldn't moan too much because my lovely boy went up into the attic and brought down three fans... ohhhh the simple pleasures of moving air 🤣 I didn't realise that you had hand raised your brood, does that mean they've imprinted on you? I have to be honest and say, I don't like Geese! I'm sorry, that must be like I'm swearing at you but I just... nope. Not for me! Ducks, yup. Chickens, yup. Most all other birds really 🫤

It sounds beautiful where you live, a small holding (sans Geese 😉) sounds perfect. You must love living there, you're very lucky. I hope all your feathered friends were able to find shade to keep cool in today and it's going to be even hotter tomorrow 😜 I hope your poorly eye and mouth are starting to respond to treatment, you're not rundown are you? Do you maybe needs some vitamins? It's not been the nicest of winners so a little "pick me up" might be in order? I was very sore this morning and have a dazzling array of colourful bruises from the doctor's prodding which was very painful. But other than, I'm fine, promise. Mum is taking the whole "rest for 24-48 hours" directive very seriously so yes, I am very much resting and recuperating 😉 Hope you've all had a lovely day, nighty, night  and sweet dreams when you go xx
