Hi,Von. My op is still on for tomorrow. Will be back once I know how well I can see. Last time I needed new glasses. I know i will for driving. Just see how it goes.

Hi,Von. All fine here. Go on Friday for my cataract op. After waiting 11 years (since i had the first one done) it is now ready !!
Mary is fine. Had to take her for her eye appointment where Iam going for my cataract. She has to have drops. So, if i can drive, taking her back in 4 weeks.
We have been lucky with the weather. Sunny most days. But we get a cold North wind to spoil it. Blows into the back of mine. So not gardening weather. !!

Hi,Von. Been a busy week. Met Mary on Tuesday and we went on the train to see Mars at Rochester Cathedral. Picture on F/B. Lovely warm day. Enjoyed wandering  up and down Rochester High Street. Still all little independent shops !!
Thursday I went to see Martin Shaw in A Man For All Seasons. There was a spare seat on the W.I. mini bus !!Another good day out.
Not seen June this week. Going tomorrow. She was getting a lot better. The new tablets seem to be working. At least you could now have a chat with her . Hope you are ok ? Take care .Love and Hugs  xxx

Hi,Von. June has not been too good. Became resistant to the anti biotics. So was sent to AE for an injection of stronger AB. They seem to have helped a bit. But she still has the UTI. I saw on Tuesday. Was greeted with "Your early. Go home "!! She did not want to talk So after about 45 mins .I left. Good job I do not have too far to go.
See how I feel next week. But I expect I will go !! xxx

Hi,Von. Hope you are a lot better soon. I am over my cold. Seems there are a lot of people with colds or sore throats. Did go to my friends 80th Birthday lunch yesterday. Only 5 minutes up the road. At was a lovely afternoon. Was home by 4pm. Nice the evenings are drawing out. Slowly but every day is a bonus !!
Very cold here but dry ... so far .They still say may be snow tomorrow. Which I do not want !!!
