I havent been at the dr, just been thinking of it a week now. Back is nothing to do about I think, they said so last time I had the same problem. Just have to take some walks and relax thats it. So now Im walking around in my living room lol lol. So bad weather here raining for several days.

Aww  Gail it's a super busy time for you sorting and visiting Adam. Hope that someone can step up to help with the art group.
I had a good catch up with my friend she is a true warrior she has MS and had extra some health worries for her hubby but things are ok now.
I hope you can get to see your good friend in Brixham in the near future xx

I'll just be opening up at 1pm dashing to see Adam and sort out his sick note plus some things he needs and then locking up after the art lot have left. I've hinted for some time about somebody else taking over as Secretary but all go quiet. Have a lovely lunch with your friend. Unfortunately my best friend lives in Brixham. I do miss her.xx

That's good news that Adam is doing ok and he has been moved. He will soon be home with the intensive rehab he'll be receiving. Is it an easier drive to St Helens hospital ?
I'm sure his friends visit cheered him up its sad that he missed his presentation after 25yrs service.
I'm going for lunch today with my friend just to the Griffin by me. It's been 5 months since we met up. This year has flown by.
We are picking Fearne up from school later as Rachel is busy at work and Geoff is away.
