oh busy day evelyn, yes my parents in law many years ago in same position, they downsized to a sheltered place, they liked it as like you say, dont have the garden to do, a lift and on call help if needed, i guess its where they suggest, i would def look at that as you hold the cards having the house they want, def something to think about, the garden is the biggest thing, we dont have grass but the cutting of shrubs etc and trees as you get older is difficult, its def an option to look at , well thanks for asking feel a bit better today, managing a cuppa now so thats good, the weaather is supposed to pick up from today, so fingers crossed xxxxxx
