Shame poor you sounds like you went through hell with your back surgery   glad you enjoyed your walk, I'm sorting clothes and things to get rid of my younger son coming around  tomorrow  to go through our spare room to get rid of things to make space. Must get rid of so much clutter.

Hi Hilary you mentioned about your bad back before but didn't realise you had back surgery shame these old injuries come back to haunt us when we get older. I fell off a horse onto my back at 14 and still suffer from that injury I never got any medical help then so have always lived with it.  I went out yesterday late afternoon when rain stopped to pick up my repeat prescription from the chemist and get some bread etc so didn't have to go out today in case weather was bad. I've lots to do indoors not going out this weekend hope not too bad when you go out or been out today x

Yes, gold ...sold all ball pots apart from 2 footballs, nut pots apart from 3 which i'm keeping for now and put stuff on yesterday .. stuff sold yesterday is on my back wall just so i can see what its selling for xx

My food delivery arrived 10 mins into my time slot all present and correct so I'm pleased with that. I had a hernia repair op when I was working in the school kitchen from lifting tables and chairs. Plus was in hospital around 7 years ago sick with gall bladder then had it out 16 months later and a few other smaller things so I used iceland account whenever I needed too had no other way of getting shopping plus when I had covid it's very handy only use it when have to I like going to buy shopping but now struggle to carry much home without a car. X
