You can gift yourself a Love Flower and remove the flower if you wish. Keeping the flower leads to a different path which may also be of interest to you. Anyway, I'll tell you how to get 100% Cupids. Basically, like in my garden, use the high tables with either Tropical Fruits or Wild Berries for food. Anything else in the garden may compete with Cupids. Oh, I forgot to mention that once you have an empty glass vase, when you spot Cupid in another garden, a Valentine Rose will be planted in the vase. Once the Rose is fully grown, with the proper tables and food, you will begin to attract Cupids to your garden. I'm afraid I haven't stated this very well, so please let me know if you have any questions. 😀
