I was able to watch today’s JEOPARDY tonight - the Chicago category was fun 👍

After the 5 hr drive home, we stopped for takeout sandwiches at POTBELLY’s, then it was “divide and conquer “ - Jerry did tge yard ( lotsa leaves !), while I unpacked everything, got reorganized, did 4 loads of laundry and made dinner.  Phew 😅

Stacey made a stuffed pepper casserole for supper. It was ground beef,  canned spicy tomatoes, garlic, chopped onions and peppers, rice and beef stock. ...and cheese at the last few minutes of baking...
It was absolutely delicious. It made a 13 x 9 pan full. I think it is something you would like but you would half the recipe
I hope you get your insurance issues solved. Do they have an office you can visit ?

When I bought my car all the communication with the insurance company by me and by the car dealership with the insurance company was done via email and I was copied on everything.  I loved it that way because I had copies of everything.  If I had questions my insurance agent encouraged text messages....seems not too personal but everything is in print.
I hate the feeling of uncertainty with some businesses.

Yikes, you had a busy telephone day. My internet has a few more months to run and then I have to start bargaining for a better rate. I hope everything else works out for you. I find those kind of days very stressful.

I made 3 small loaves of banana bread, added pecans to one.

I need to buy some different sized loaf pans. I was thinking about making a couple of nutty muffins for myself.
