My nails are awful the chemo has destroyed them they just rip and tear and been advised not to put acrylics on,  I used to love having nice nails.  I take biotin collagen and other vitamins to try help my hair and nails but no luck haha  you'll need to send me a pic so I can be jealous 🤣🤣🤣🤣
