hello Linda hope you get on ok at the ENT is that for your ears i meed to put some olive oil in my ears so can them syreinged doctor still does them or can go to boots or spec savers but have to pay there went to the garden center yesterday for our monthly free drink that was nice still damp and wet here x

Thanks for replying Linda. I see the doc on the 20th so I shall certainly ask about my options. The new PCP’s wife covered for him when he was in India and was surprised how little medication I was on given my age!! It was my med review last year. I told her the statin was fairly recent too!! But being on portable oxygen kinda defeats everything else good I guess!! My doc let me try to reduce my cholesterol by diet for two years and it did lower a bit but not to her satisfaction unfortunately. She was thrilled when I finally agreed and that my next test results showed that it worked.

hi Linda, it is grey and damp here. Snow has finally   cleared.  Sarah said one of her trees  fell over last night, so I will see what it is like when I go  round. The  trees are  big and old. Just hope no damage to the  house. xx

I've only just started mine but yes I've only had mice so far... I have seen a couple of calenders with ducks ... Oh hang on I had a cardinal as well
