I started in Leeds the first time, then went to London & my friends took me to the New Forest and down to Eastbourne. the second time I started in London the went to Leeds, Kingston Upon Hull (?), & up to Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. Then back to a B&B near Gatwick.  I do love it over there.

Hi Linda. It does help after a week or so but at first my feet are on fire with the chilli so thats the worst but it does wear off in a few days. I cant ha e a shower or bath for 24hrs either but its worth it for the time in pain free. I'm hoping eventually it will disappear altogether.  Oh my that sounded horrendous. I'm glad I'm not allergic to anything but strong painkillers 
Anyway apart from a physio app next Thurs  think thats me till May for my next patches and my bone infusion.  Not heard from orthopaedics yet so not sure when that will happen.

draught excluder is one the  girls  made years  ago,  They wanted to use the  sewing machine, so I   cut an old  shower  curtain and  used   very  old  towels  rolled up, and they both  made a draught excluder. Kept them  amused  for a   bit haha. There is a big  gap under the porch  doors, and the  excluders     worked well.  xx

I've only just started mine but yes I've only had mice so far... I have seen a couple of calenders with ducks ... Oh hang on I had a cardinal as well
