Bedtime sprinkle Tricia, Vertigo is caused by an unbalance of Crystals in the ear, the dr at ENT at the hospital tried to correct it a few years ago but it didn’t work, I just put up with it.  It’s been a lovely warmish sunny day here hope you’re weather is getting better x

Evening Tricia.
Was a beautiful day here wasted at the hairdressers although I no longer have grey roots yay.
Oh its just touching my shoulders now, so glad its begining to look more normal now and not a bowl cut haha
Hope you start to get some warmer weather soon. I'm hoping it will be nice tomorow as I have no plans and I could get a nice walk with Isla. X

Hi Tricia, bet we caught it on the coach to Isle of Wight or on the Ferry, Dave is worse than me but coughing really hurts your chest, and causes headaches, it was Leah that came to take me shopping and luckily store was really empty, got everything we needed, Roy said we did right to cancel as Margaret couldnt have dealt with all this, have a lovely Evening love and hugs xxx
