Hi Tricia, l would love that Hun, but its a disease . You cant catch it but one in three after a certain age will develop it. l am one of the lucky ones l only have a small area in the Colon affected. I am hoping once l know what food affects it, l can get it under control. If l dont its really bad and a hospital  job ...it can be very serious. Oh no l am sorry you have a tummy upset. l hope its better before the kids come. Take care Hun xx

Hope your Upset tummy is Settling down, are you aware of anything you might have eaten to cause it, yes we arrived home and got heating on straight away, lovely and warm now, normally have a load of washing done by now but with cold and dull sky I will wait till tomorrow, it will still  be there, take it easy Tricia love and hugs xxx
