Good afternoon! Ohh… I woke up at 4 with sharp stabbing pains in my sinuses and throat. I thought for sure I was in the clear as I was feeling great yesterday but apparently it just took the day off. I wish it’d shown up yesterday as I’d have had the dr check my throat but I’m not going back in unless this gets really bad. I took a few Tylenol with mint green tea at 4 and once they started kicking in I went back to bed until 730. I feel a tad better now but I know if I overdo it I’ll be wiped out so I’m not planning much. I’ll check on my cholesterol results later, I won’t be making a trip to town any time soon anyway so it’ll all wait until I feel better. 
I hope you are getting some sunshine and if not you’re snuggled up at home with a good book or tv show.

Didn’t get wet on either of our walks, but it’s been a a dull, drizzly, cold and miserable day. Tea almost ready, salmon and roast Mediterranean veg. Been doing the jigsaw this afternoon. Openreach came at lunch time, started work on installing my full fibre for broadband. They’ll be back tomorrow, to continue. So the pavement outside my house is closed , big hole in it. Sounds like you are prepared for art tomorrow x
