Good morning, dear Angela, hope you slept well, aww Hun you do so very well to get down and do , it is harder for you I know it’s a difficult stance to take, but you have worked out a way to do some low level cleaning, Iam agreat believer in Fairy liquid original for shifting grease and grime, I use it on clothes for removal and it works,  it’s such a brilliant de greaser. Glad you enjoyed your Chow Mein , using more calories as you have been will certainly burn than of you quickly Hun, hope Sis is getting her head round all what’s going on and you are sleeping better, it’s a cold wet start here we are going to garden centre this morning, I would like some bamboo to put in a pot and disguise the bins  making a screen feature, I have 2 big Oak barrels with bamboo making and excellent privacy screening. Hi Hun,  Betty passed away on Sunday in her sleep. It is the blood thinners because my blood is too thick.  I take apixaban, citalopram, hydrachlorathiazide,  and telemasartan.  I am glad K is doing ok.  Is there any chance that K won't have to have the surgery with feeling well.  You keep taking care of you too.  Love and Hugs Sis xxx
