Another cold start here, but dry, hope you enjoyed Monday your pots will be ok for a few days Hun I would think, isn’t that strange with Beef Joint, so I did Panang curry with Chicken breast fillets from Aldi frozen they were perfectly ok for that and cooked up nicely, It’s a Thai curry fairly hot James loved it ,I didn’t try haha, busy Tuesday me with Asda delivery and Dads along with wchool run and supper later, M is keen to have me pick her up she loves coming out with other kids.
