Hi Angela, it's been miserable here the last few days, wet & windy. The grass is a carpet of copper coloured leaves but there's no point in sweeping them all up until the remaining leaves are off the trees. It's getting much colder now too & dark by 4.30pm. Hope your hubby is getting on well with painting the kitchen, a job I hate. Luckily Colin is a bit of a perfectionist & when I have helped in the past I can tell he'd rather do it himself so now I just leave him to get on with it which suits me fine. I will probably be on & off FL for a while as I have a lot on the next few weeks and also, I don't have a lot of enchanted jewels so don't want to waste the ones I do have by leaving the garden open when I can't get here. I'm looking forward to the winter wildlife, my favourite x
