Hi Angela
Hope you are well.
I was so poorly on Friday night, it wasn’t the tapas lol.  I have menieres & had a flare up. It worried me because the meds I take have worked for 10 years. I got worse over the weekend. Saw the doctor yesterday & I have a nasty middle ear infection, which explains why I felt so bad. Getting better but still a bit dizzy & nauseous. My ear feels the tiniest bit better & hoping it improves more each day. I don’t want that again lol xx
