To a certain degree tenants have some rights. we used to have a rental, as well, they have more rights now than 15 years ago.. I would never get back into real-estate again.. But in this case with me with even the agent backing me over him i know i was within my rights.. I got photos today from the agent on the oven being re cleaned yesterday by the owners request,  and its no different to the photos the agent took yesterday during the inspection! morning of the clean we had done. He was trying to keep the ond!! I really hope he gets the same treatment from the agent he was renting through.. Even though he own 2 other houses!!

Anyway Kathy im off to bed i have a really full on day tomorrow Exercise physiology at 11m till 12, then i have to go pick mum up bring her home till her doc app at 2.30 then i have doc at 3.15, then drive mum back home to her place. so ill leave here around 9.45 and get home around 5pm. This month was pretty hard, so glad I now see the end of it!
For the vases I am not stressing at all! I have so many ready now, might be doing a gold bonanza soon 😆
