look up that page there's a little search emblem on the top right side of the pages and you can type in AC service and see who people recommend, and look them up i usually go with one that been recommended a few times. :) Its best to get it checked cause it will cost you a fortune in electricity, in the long run. I only use ours for 1.5 hours and when the house starts warming up turn it back on again. I don't have solar here so it will cost as my is refrigerated heating/cooling.

I know most will charge a standard call out fee of $150, all tradies do that.

It cant hurt to ask, but id just say that you been renting your unit out for so many years and you need it checked as its not blowing very cool air. It could even need re gasing, i dont know. Even try looking on a few FB pages in the groups your in in your area there would certainly be posts up of others looking.  xx
